We will leave by coach and pass by Plaza de España, a jewel of 20th century Sevillan architecture, the most emblematic work of the Iberoamerican Exposition of the year 1929, designed by the sevillan arquitect Aníbal Gonzales, one of the most spectacular . Then continuing to what once was the door to the Americas, the Golden tower.

After enjoying a beautiful tour of the city taking in the splendor of the monuments sich as the Univesity of Seville, the Triana bridge and the Monastery of the Cartuja, we will arrive at the City Wall built during the empire of Julius Cesar himself and we will visit the Macarena Basilica, the beautiful Virgen Mary of Sevilla.

From there we will discover the old Santa Cruz Neighbourhood whose streets, patios and flowers will awaken all your senses. You will then visit the Cathedral of Seville, the largest gothic cathedral in the world. You will be able to enjoy spectacular views of the city from what is probably today the symbol of the capital of Andalusia, the Giralda Tower: a perfect end to an unforgettable trip.

The excursion starts with a sight-seeing tour in bus across the famous Isabel II Bridge to discover the neighbourhood of Triana, the old sailors and potters’ neighbourhood, where you will see San Jorge’s Castle, built in the 10th Century. At the ‘muelle de la Sal’ (Salt Wharf), just like the sailors of old, we will take a beautiful boat trip which will transport us past the wonderful buildings and bridges along the banks of the River Guadalquivir.

We will then continue towards the Monastery of the Cartuja, where for three years the great Christopher Columbus planned his trip towards the unknown, the New World.

The trip will end with a tour of the Bullring of the Real Maestranza, considered to be the bullring with the greatest bullfighting tradition in Spain and also the Bullfighting Museum. Drop-off at hotels or pick-up points.

To begin with, we will have a panoramic tour of the emblematic monuments,mainly the bridges on the Guadalquivir river linking the city with Triana neighbourhood and the Cartuja Island, the area chosen for the celebration of the 1992 World Exposition, where we can admire Santiago Calatrava’s masterpiece: el Alamillo bridge.

We will then continue o the way to Merida and stop in Santiponce, the village where we have the location of one of the most important Roman remains in Andalusia: the Roman city of Italica. This place playes an important role in the Romanisation process following the conquest becoming the first Roman settlement in the South of Spain. It was also the birthplace of two important emperors such as Trajan and Adrian.

The tour will also include a nice boat trip on the Guadalquivir river to have different views of the Golden Tower, the beauty of Betis street, Elizabeth II’s bridge and the Cartuja Monestery.

The Alhambra is the joy that crowns this beautiful city at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We’ll visit the Nazarian city, the Alhambra, where every inch squared is a work of art. During our visit of the palaces, grand halls, rooms and exquisit gardens, we’ll understand why the last Arabic king cried, retreating as the Catholic Kings conquered it.

We’ll then meander through the Generalife gardens with an official guide, these gardens being some of the most impressive in the world. At the end of the visit you’ll have time to relax in Granada before finally returning to Sevilla, never to forget this most spell bounding of experiences.

On arrival in Cordoba we’ll begin exploring its most precious treasures starting with the majestic Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos. After then submersing ourselves in the beauty of the Mezquita, spectacular testimony to the Califalian age, we’ll head off by foot and explore the glorious Cordobese Jewish quarter, full of life and great shops. We’ll meander down through its most emblematic streets such as “Callejón de las Flores”, a pure joy for the senses, till plaza de los Gran Maimonides, stopping by to visit the Sinagogue.

Once finished with the guided tour we'll have some free time to stroll, shop or to take advantage of the wonderful Cordobese cuisine.

Here we conclude our day in Cordoba and head back to Sevilla.

After only one hour's ride, we’ll start our excursion with a guided tour of the Cathedral of Wine, called so for the high quality of its wines, the cathedral-like shape of its bodegas. We’ll end the visit by tasting some of its products. Next we’ll head off to witness a unique equestrian show where Andalucian horses will dance while ridden by master jockies.

The excursion continues to the Puerto de Santa María where you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch before stepping on board to cross the bay (those who prefer not to put their sea legs to the test, may continue by bus)

Once in Cadiz, the oldest town in Western Europe, we’ll enjoy great views from the bus as we pass through the city.
